Welcome to TeeMates Golf!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using the TeeMates mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  
  

4. Subscriptions & Payments

TeeMates offers auto‑renewable subscription plans.

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

• Prices and features may change, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
  
  

5. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third‑party rights.

• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to TeeMates. You may not copy, modify, or distribute App content without written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant TeeMates a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use and display it for App functionality.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. TeeMates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance when required.
